A few practical applications of Resonance Repatterning
My colleague Karen Kent (past president at RPA) is a mom who has supported the needs of parents and children for years offering her online group proxy series: “School Work Groove”. It is a program needed more than ever as children face the pressures from home to do well and at the same time facing levels of social challenges like bullying. Parents may not resonate with their support making a difference and children or young adult learners alike may not always resonate with receiving support.
If back to school stress has taken a toll on your family in the past check out her program at www.WindsorHolisticHealth.com.
Here are 3 repatternings from the Resonance Repatterning System that come to mind when dealing with back to school issues. Belief Repatterning (learned in the Fundamentals Seminar) addresses all of our non coherent beliefs and family/social messages. It is an opportunity to resonate with basic beliefs of
“I am intelligent”
“I easily learn the material presented to me”
“I achieve great outcomes.”
Hearing Repatterning (also taught in Fundamentals)– will support resonance for hearing the material being taught and being heard.
“I effortlessly hear and remember what people say”
“What I have to say is important.”
“My needs are heard.”
“I have something relevant to say and what I say is heard”
…and of course theWriting Repatterning will help us to integrate the lessons learned through writing.
The Negative Thoughts Repatterning (learned in the Primary Patterns Seminar) can be especially helpful for our social relationships. It addresses our thoughts involved in negativity such as fear, worry, anger or jealousy to name a few. Our negative thoughts are usually accompanied by non-coherent feelings such as loneliness, feeling inadequate, sad, afraid, anxious, frustrated or hopeless. This downward spiral of patterns can be especially harmful to our learning process.
A full repatterning session will clear these specific patterns and our resonance with non-coherent brain wave qualities, unmet life needs, and disorienting feelings and actions.
And then of course there are always the unexpected twists that can arise. I remember facilitating a session for a parent whose child would never get their homework done. Constant nagging was the rule of the day. A positive action for the parent was NOT to nag about anything for a full week. Instead she was only to ask her child “what homework are you doing next? will you show me when you’re done?”. When the homework was shared, mom replied with positive and life affirming praise for her child as much as possible. Then she ended the interchange with “what will you do next?” …her child was then eager to set the next task and show the results to her. By the end of the week doing homework was no longer an issue but a pleasure.
Learning can be fun, pushing us to our growing edge and helping us to be informed and empowered. If you or your children are not jumping out of bed with enthusiasm for this next school year, consider a session or two with a practitioner of Resonance Repatterning. If you are a practitioner try the repatternings above to provide support.
How have you used Resonance Repatterning to clear ‘Back to School Stress’?
With light and love
