The Neurochemistry of Positive Conversations

Found this insightful article in Dr Joe Dispeza’s newsletter.  When you understand the connection between the words you speak and whats happening in your brain it’s easier to shift resonance.

Empowering and Fundamentals Combined…

DSCN0741Chloe has integrated the information from the Empowering books into the new Fundamentals book. We will be teaching this, as one class going forward, and their will no longer be a separate Empowering Yourself class. Students will receive the new Spiral Up! Modality book with their Fundamentals book.  All the content is the same and this new version is very clear and easy to digest. The new structure for the basic training is: Fundamentals, Primary Patterns, Transforming Unconscious Patterns, Chakra Patterns and Five Element/Meridian Patterns for a total of 5 classes.

I will be using this new book for the upcoming training starting in September. If you know anyone who is interested in learning this amazing process with me online please refer them to my website: http://www.ozardis.com. We will be offering section 1 at 12 noon (est) which works for North America and the European time zones. If anyone is interested in section 2 at 6PM(est), which is great for the Pacific rim area, please put your name on the waiting list.

Remember to do your Seasonal Repatterning for the Wood element and resonate with new beginnings, optimism, direction and goals! Happy Spring…..

Resolutions/Disappointments: Integration For Growth Repatterning: 26/52 #15

2652We like to think that change happens quickly& effortlessly by sheer will. We often struggle to let go of dysfunctional beliefs, attitudes, jobs and relationships and even when we make progress we don’t always hold it. We reach a peak of success and then cycle down.

We have hundreds of millions of neural connections in our brain. When we do well we activate these pathways that supports well-being. The neurons become larger and their connections increase by 25%. When we cycle down into negative behaviors, thoughts and actions the stress response pathways also become larger and the connections increase by 25%. This results in feeling out of control and all our positive resolutions evaporate. Why are we driven to keep repeating this cycle?

My focus for this challenge is to have optimal health and well being. I make great strides and then little by little I fall back on bad habits. It’s difficult for me to maintain a good/self-nurturing pattern. In looking at how I deplete my energy I excessively watch movies, reading novels and get lost in fantasy. This lead to a drop in energy and keeps me from my healthy routines.

The brain area involved is my right cerebral hemisphere and my statement is that I feel pulled down by negativity. The coherent energy I need is to be in touch with my dreams! Maybe I am using movies and novels based on other people’s dreams as my substitute for tuning into my own creativity. The neurotransmitter I need is Acetylcholine to feel relaxed and have good brain-body neural communication. My final statement is to receive my energy from the unlimited universal source of love. Sounds good to me!

This is a great time to look at those new years resolution and do the Integration for Growth to keep yourself on track. Please join us for the 26/52 challenge. You can begin at anytime and please post a note at this blog and let me know how it’s going for you.
