When learning Resonance Repatterning for the first time either in person or online, you may easily think in the moment that it is a very simple system. It’s not until we start practicing that some of the complexities appear and with it often the challenge of trusting our own muscle checking. It is not surprising. We are learning a system of self healing and we may still need to resonate with our own power to do so.
Luckily for students in all levels, the new Resonance Repatterning books offer study guides to help integrate what we’ve learned in each seminar. The Empowering course and Fundamentals recommended routines found at the back of your books, will help in the area of muscle checking. Doing these routines several times may prove very helpful in fully owning the resonance repatterning method of muscle checking.
One place to begin is with the intention from the Fundamentals study guide: “I trust my muscle checking tool and continue to practice it with ease, pleasure, appreciation and positive results.”
Now you are likely thinking – “If I don’t trust my muscle checking how can I check for a basic resonance with this statement, never mind an energy moving modality to create more coherence for it?!”
The answer is to fall back on your Empowering Seminar skill of a ‘felt sense’. It will be only logical that at this point, your intention will resonate “OFF” – that is why you wrote it down. Now use your felt sense, to check for a modality that may shift this. Scan the list of modalities from any of the seminars you have taken to strengthen your intention. Perhaps there is a modality you have yet to practice or have been avoiding. Tune into your felt sense and check for what is needed. Do the modality and notice if there is a shift or not.
If you are a Fundamentals grad you will also find additional intentions that specifically address your trust issue in the section on Muscle Checking. Repattern these intentions often to overcome any trust issues and remind your system that this method is working for you.
