This week I will practice the Negative thoughts repatterning in the primary patterns book. This powerful repatterning is actually 8 repatternings in one. I am only doing one of the categories for this session and plan on doing some of the other categories at a later time.
The primary pattern that controls me and my life is my mind. My thought are the expression of my mind. They create the reality I experience everyday. My mind works through habit. The more I indulge in negative thoughts the more neural pathways I create for those thoughts in my mind.
Am I being controlled by fear? anger? worry? I can’t wait to find out and make the shift!
