July 13th Facilitating the Extraordinary – Weekly Focus of Consciousness

A Rose Photo“I am willing to help others out of compassion.” – Heart Chakra quality

In this weeks focus the quality of compassion comes into clear focus.  True compassion asks us to  accept the ‘other’ and where they are coming from in their moments of need.   This can be a tall order if what the ‘other’ is experiencing is far out of our comfort zone or challenges our beliefs and values.

The quality of compassion asks us to understand and from the heart chakra perspective ‘walk a mile in the shoes’ of the ‘other’.

One of time management guru Steven Covey’s axioms “Seek first to understand then to be understood.”  suggests we must exercise this kind of  compassionate to be effective in our career and life.

MCS – for our focus of consciousness and then for a Spiral Up Option (modality) .

Have a great week,

with love and light

June 29th Facilitating the Extraordinary – Weekly Focus of Consciousness

“I am valued.”

From…. Transforming Five Element and Meridian Patterns

NOTE – In this new blog post series we offer a weekly Focus of Consciousness for practitioners to facilitate the extraordinary for clients.  Each Monday morning we’ll muscle check for a statement that supports  us as practitioners in our role serving clients.   The ‘us’ in this case is the field of energy for subscribers to this email.   We invite you to use this as a healing affirmation or intention for you which you may repattern yourself.   It can be a good way to support your own role as a practitioner.

Entrain and Celebrate! Happy Canada Day, 4th of July.

new_pa7In the Relationships seminar and Repatterning book, Chloe Wordsworth sets out the importance of a concept of Entrainment. She writes “Entrainment is a natural law – an inherent necessity to pulse together. … When a system is entrained we feel in rhythm with each other and oneself. She goes on to remind us that this principle is so powerful that spiritual teachers have emphasized the importance of the company we keep.

We entrain with our classmates, colleagues at work or on a special team. We entrain with our church group, our state, our town.and any number of groups. When we join a group or belong, we are also entrained with it values and principles and the agreements of the group.

We also entrain with the country where we live, and have citizenship. Special holidays like the July 1st Canada Day here in my country of Canada or the July 4th Independance day in the USA remind us of our connection to our country and the values we have as a group. It is so easy to take for granted, and only realize what we have once it is gone.

Are you positively entrained for the country where you live?

What does your country mean for you? What are the values you hold dear? What makes you proud to hold up the flag, to say that you are a part of this group? More over do you resonate with the positive qualities of your country?  When a group is entrained the accomplish so much more, and every individual has more energy.

My grandparents came to Canada in the mid 1920’s. They had a hard life as farmers but always appreciated what they had – the opportunity to own land and build a house, to sell their produce, to openly practice their religion, to celebrate their customs and their beliefs. Many of the immigrant families I grew up with frequently used the phrase ‘It’s a free country’ to humorously indicate acceptance of differences in a conversation. They resonated with the qualities of freedom and mutual respect having experienced quite the opposite in other places.

During this holiday week, you will see all kinds of advertising, promotions, the use of traditional colors and motiffs. Know they all carry the frequency of this country. What is embedded in this agreement for you?

This is a great time to reflect on a relationship agreement you may have taken for granted. Ask yourself… what do you appreciate most about your country and its’ core values? How does your relationship to your country nurture you? How are you nuturing your relationship? Consider a self-session repatterning to strengthen your orientation, entrainment and what you value most in this relationship of citizen.

May good things happen for you as a result!

Happy Canada Day!

Happy Independance Day!

With love and light

Cycling through life…#19 in the 26/52 challenge…

2652How are you with new beginnings? Do you struggle with being inspired? Can you consistently go into action? Are you creating? Completing? If you are like me there will be many of these questions that are answered with a not so good or no or sometimes…

This Life Cycle Repatterning addresses these questions. This is our final repatterning from the chakra book. My issue for this one is my spiritual life. I have a very strong faith and I am committed to a spiritual practice. My problem is that I go into questioning and doubts. What’s it all about?

I am avoiding Ether. “I avoid being still and receiving guidance for my next step”.

I am prematurely activating Fire: “I find solutions for my feelings rather than experiencing my feelings”.

I need Ether to re-establish the natural flow of my life cycle. My spiritual purpose is to be fully present in my life; to love and be loved openly and freely; to grow and evolve into the best manifestation of my spirit in physical form and to share who I am and what I know with others and support their growth and transformation.

I take the time to be in the stillness and the void of limitless possibilities so I move into new beginnings aligned with my spiritual purpose.

I needed to do the Ayurvedic sounds for the Ether and Air chakras to balance my energy.

I feel the shifts from this one. I am comfortable not knowing the answer to what’s it all about? I know the answer will come if I can just BE.

Where are you blocked in your life cycle? Please let me know. Next we start on our Meridian Five Element repatternings which will complete our challenge. Notice how you feel at this moment. Are you proud of yourself? Feeling the positive affects of focusing your loving, healing energy on yourself?

Onward and upward….
