Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz came to a place of illumination once the good witch informed her that the power to return home was within her all along. She simply needed to click her red shoes together. This story presents powerful imagery of self-empowerment.

It is the kind of self-empowerment we achieve by commiting to doing Resonance Repatterning sessions on a regular basis. Growth and transformation is constantly evolving within us. Who we are today may be quite different from who we were a year ago or more. To integrate our new higher energy state and all the growth we have achieved it is helpful to appreciate our accomplishments and our changes.

I would like to suggest an exercise of anchoring that growth with an image. It could be anything from a new dish pattern to a new car – what style would you choose today to represent who you have become?
