Everything Has a Reason and a Season; #21 in the 26/52 challenge…

2652We are coming into the final stretch of our challenge. I am doing the Seasonal Repatterning to resonate with the positive qualities of the earth element energy. Earth is mother, stability, nurturing, reaping the harvest of our rich life experiences. Traditionally the earth element represented the transition between each of the elements. Over time it became it’s own separate category. Late summer is the cycle of nature that represents earth energy. The mornings and evenings are cooler, the days are still warm and everything planted in spring is ready to be harvested.

I love this time of the year yet my allergies get triggered and I have physical symptoms. My intention is to sail through this energetic season with energy, appreciation for all I have learned in my life and a clear head ( literally).

The primary statement for my earth:  “I depend on others to help me handle life”. It is easy to blur the line between appropriate support and dependency; especially when grieving. ” I make transitions with ease” pointed out the struggle I am having.  The loss of my sister and niece demands that I make a transition into life without them…I have been struggling with this.

The Stomach Meridian expresses our earth element; especially the nurturing aspect. Issues around finding balance between my own needs and the needs of others;  feeling empathy and providing appropriate support; being content and at peace were identified. The planetary correlations related to Jupiter:” I make the most of every situation”. That is not always easy to do especially when the situation involved is challenging or painful.

My option for shifting energy was the pentatonic mode for late summer. The melody I created was sweet and sad at the same time; it moved me to tears. Everything shifted. It never ceases to amaze me how my energetic system will support me when I am open and listening.

What aspect of earth spoke to you? I would love to hear about your session. Feel free to leave a post here. If you are late to the challenge remember it is never too late to begin caring for yourself and balancing your energy field. ( 5 more self sessions to go!).

August 24th Facilitating the Extraordinary – Weekly Focus of Consciousness

2heartsT“I take in what is rich and let go of what is not.” – Fire Element Quality

We live in an information age with more coming at us every moment than we could have imagine even a short time ago.  We can get lost in Pinterest or other social media for hours on end by following the eye candy that appeals to us. Nothing gets done.  On the other hand, interesting insights, creations, and discoveries are shared the moment they are discovered.  We don’t want to miss out on the frothy edge of evolution!   The key is to become a master of energy and learn to scan the bits and bytes that come our way.  Then focus on what is rich and let go of what is not.

MCS and then check for a modality.

Have a great week,

with love and light

Carolyn

When to join the RPA certification program

Just a reminder and to avoid costly confusion about the RPA certification program.   If you are planning to join the RPA Certification program – join as soon after you complete the training as possible.

Here is why.   The certification program has a number of requirements for you to complete. The sessions you do on yourself and on your clients only COUNT once you have joined the program.    Sessions done prior to joining the RPA Certification program do not count.

Here are a couple of links over at RPA that can help:

Join as a New Student Practitioner at RPA

Please email myself or Ardis if you have any questions about Certification.
