Welcome back to our 26/52: Earlier Experience Repatterning # 12….

2652Happy new year! It is time to resume our challenge after the holiday break. I wish everyone a healthy and prosperous 2015. Setting an overall intention for this 26/52 challenge is a powerful way to transform.

In most of the repatternings you have the option of discovering the earlier experience underlying your current situation. In this longer version , in the transforming unconsious patterns book, we open up to even more possibilities for understanding our patterns and where the beliefs that create our reality began. My overall intention is to have optimal health and vitality. The age of my earlier experience was prenatal, second trimester. My mother was in a car accident at that time and broke her ankle. She had surgery which left her with a constant swelling and pain. The belief that I created was that I can’t fully heal and recover from injuries.

At the time I was doing this repatterning I was getting ready for surgery on my knee. I was resonating with my mothers traumatic event and the non successful surgical outcome that she experienced. I needed to resonate with being receptive to what was happening and also feeling safe and protected as I healed. I was locked into a protective startle response which was adding to my tension and stress.

I went into my surgery resonating with: “I am my surgeons finest work of art!” Everything went very well and I am recovering quickly. What earlier experience did you uncover? Please share your results on this blog. I would love to hear from you. If you have waited to begin your challenge what better timing than the new year? Catch up at your own pace. We have done all the repatternings in the primary patterns book( 9 of them) and this is #3 in the transforming unconscious patterns book. We will complete all 26 basic repatternings by the end of this year. Take the challenge! Become a new and empowered you this year!
