Give Your Business an Acupuncture Tune-Up

Using the 5 Element Theory of acupuncture and the related business qualities of each meridian as presented in Chloe Wordsworth’s “Transforming Five Element and Meridian Patterns with RR” you can reset the energy for any aspect of your business.   It is a most creative use for the Meridian and 5 Element patterns where you will proxy   the ‘system of energy’ represented by your company.  Ultimately we are talking about the energies of all the people past and present that comprise the entity of your  business that now  forms a group field of energy.   You may be drawn to the idea of Repatterning your business because you have a business problem, but equally, you may want to start this Repatterning with your company vision or a set of intentions for your company.   Check for what is needed – the system often surprises us on where we need to clear patterns.

Next muscle check the business qualities listed for each meridian from Chloe Wordsworth’s “Transforming Five Element and Meridian Patterns with RR”.  Each meridian lists coherent and non coherent patterns for business.   You may not need all meridians.   Keep your Five Element map in front of you to remind you of how the qualities identified in each element are affecting each other in the Shen and Ko Cycle.  You may be surprised at what you find.

For example – my intention to create a new business product that meets the needs of my consumers is now supported with this energy pattern via the 5 elements.  Each element may provide further insight by  reading it from the Shen and Ko cycles.

In the Ko Energy cycle (the cross arrows below) My WATER Element  “I control how my creative abilities are used” controls my Fire for sorting out and resolving approaches ( I make better use of my creative talent) .   This in turn controls my METAL element for quality of the product or service.    In turn my coherent metal with high quality in mind now controls my WOOD quality for creating strategies.

In the SHEN Energy Cycle for nurturing or mothering you can see how the WATER quality for controlling how my creative abilities are used ‘mothers’ the WOOD quality for creating strategies.  I anticipate creative strategies without burning myself out!   WOOD mothering FIRE provides a game plan for resolving what is in the way and creating conducive communication.  FIRE mothering Earth with conducive communication free of splits in approaches supports an easy acceptance for  career responsibility.  EARTH mothers METAL provides a parent that insists on doing good work or providing quality products and services.

For the modality I used the 5 Element Qualities Repatterning to identify one element and elemental point that would harmonize the patterns.  Then to go the absolute distance, I used the Inner Cultivation descriptions to find the precise place that needed to shift.   Turns out  my Triple Heater Water Point need for conducive communication was stuck with a feeling of powerless with group situations.  Using this point definitely strengthened my Earth quality for taking responsibility and moving forward on the plans!

Chloe’s home study and seminar on INNER CULTIVATION takes us to yet a deeper understanding of the spiritual qualities of each Element and Meridian ‘Officials’.    Over time, you will discover your own constitutional type and the support your type needs for continued high levels of energy and coherence – and in this case for business!  If you are not  a Repatterning practitioner, any of our certified or student practitioners may facilitate this type of session for you.

I invite you to try an acupuncture Repatterning for your business!   We’d love for you to share your experiences and insights.  What did it shift for you?  Scroll down and use the REPLY feature.

Master these 5 online skills to become a tech savvy practitioner.

I remember in circa 1999/2000 thinking the prohibitive cost of obtaining a website would mean i would never have one in this lifetime. It did not take long for the world wide web to turn that experience around! Today, everyone has the same tools for publishing and marketing as the New York Times and others – all of it is FREE! However, there is such a proliferation of services and new ones coming online everyday…. where do you begin. Here are my favorite recommendations that I make in my Tech (and Marketing) Savvy practitioner webinar:

1. Set up and run your own WordPress.com blog (free)
2. Get a Gmail account and Google Plus options (free)
3. If you have a Gmail account you now have a Youtube account. Set it up along with your profile and an introductory 3 minute video (free)
4. Learn how to set up a YouTube HangOut live Event (free)
5. Obtain a video conferencing service and learn how to give sessions to clients online face to face, conduct group events or do volunteer collaboration using the http://www.VSee.com app (free)

What Can The Tech Savvy Practitioner do with these skills? I would love to see everyone in the community succeed in being known. Master these strategies and you will soon be doing things like….

1. Joining the RPA’s World Peace Hologram website and offering group sessions. Check out my WPH archive page as an example: https://worldpeacehologram.com/author/carolynwinter/

2. Have all of your online content publish simoultaneaously to Twitter, Facebook, Google Plus, LinkedIn and others reaching people you have never met before. (Hmmm… look for this post on my twitter feed (http://twitter.com/carolynwinter )

3. Develop online workshops, groups sessions and videos to provide a variety of services for your clients. ( Next Online Series, Retaker Options, Carolyn’s Webinars)

How much does it cost? FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can you learn to do it all by yourself? Seriously, if you have learned and mastered the Resonance Repatterning system, you already have the know-how to follow user friendly instructions at most of these techy sites to set them up yourself.

Do you need more success at spreading the word about the incredible repatterning services you offer? Master the skills above and you will never look back.

We are setting up blogs and talking more about these services at the Tech (and Marketing) Savvy Practitioner webinar with Carolyn Winter (moi).  Learning always happens exponentially when you are in good company!

Stress & the power of the Inner Tradition

…of Chinese Acupuncture to help us evolve to a higher understanding of our present circumstances

By Chloe Faith Wordsworth November 20th 2016
(reprinted with permission)

Stress – a fact of life

Most of our problems, if not all of them, relate to stress.

Research has shown that when we are free of stress, our immune system is strong and well-functioning, and that in stressful circumstances our immune system becomes depleted and loses it optimal functioning.

But research has also proved that when we handle stress in a successful way, our immune system is boosted, even higher than if we had no stress at all.

The challenge of this past year of stress and its opportunity

This year, on a national level, if not globally, millions of people in the US have been seriously stressed out.

Even if you have no political interest, you probably have clients who are angry, afraid or suffering grief as a result of the Trump-Clinton polarization.

In schools, lesson plans were abandoned because children were terrified. One practitioner related that she knows people who are throwing up as a result of the election results. These kinds of election responses illustrate the level of stress that both adults and children are experiencing.

How the Inner Tradition of Chinese Acupuncture may help

The Inner Tradition of Chinese Acupuncture shows that for a deeper level of healing to take place, we must integrate and resonate with a new understanding and spiritual awareness.

Let’s take a look at the Inner Tradition concept of the Five Elements as a way to help us understand why we are stressed and how we can begin move beyond our stress to a new level of consciousness.

WOOD ELEMENT

The disturbed emotion of the WOOD ELEMENT is belligerence – anger, rage, resentment, blame, judgments and criticism.

This year we have all been exposed to a lot of anger through the media, and our collective Wood is stressed out by this excess.

The result of this stress manifests as a Wood imbalance: many are feeling hopeless. Some want to move to another country. Others feel like giving up. Yet others are reacting with angry protests, without necessarily thinking of the underlying cause of their anger, and the direction that would address the underlying cause rather than the symptom.

The opportunity for our Wood Essence

In the Inner Tradition, the Essence of Wood (Hun) empowers us to evolve, learn and grow by raising our consciousness and striving for the best within ourselves.

Hun asks us to stay connected to heaven’s plan for our life and, with its virtue of benevolence, to rise above all judgments of good and bad, to see things differently, to keep seeing positive options – no matter how dire the situation may be.

As we strengthen our Wood, we keep moving forward with a positive assertive energy to manifest the vision of what is possible for ourselves and others.  Giving up is not an option. Hopelessness is simply an opportunity for a new vision and positive action.

FIRE ELEMENT

The disturbed emotion of the FIRE ELEMENT is loss of joy. The Essence of the Fire Element in the Inner Tradition is Shen.

The opportunity for our Fire Essence

Shen empowers us to know our truth, follow our truth and go into right action based on our conscience.

This year our national Shen Essence has been undermined. We have been exposed to lies. We no longer trust that people are telling the truth – whether political figures, corporations, the media or advertising.

Our Fire is disillusioned. We can no longer sort out what is true and what isn’t. Our Fire wants loving connection and a sense of safety, and yet what we have seen is disconnection, a lack of love and a lack of safety. Communities and families are divided, polarized and disconnected as a result of deep political differences. And yet underneath these differences, we all want the same things: truth, fairness, kindness, caring – the basic human needs. Our Fire wants love with all people. Anything less than love creates stress for us.

The virtue of the Fire Element requires that we follow our heart’s conscience and intuitive knowing, that we speak the truth and live the truth – a high ideal that is rarely modeled in the political arena, or for that matter by us! We all have lessons to learn here about what it is to live the truthful life.

EARTH ELEMENT

The disturbed emotion of the EARTH ELEMENT is lack of sympathy.

The virtue of the Earth Element is reciprocity: we are nourished deeply when we do good in the world – for all people, rather than for ourselves alone or just for the tribe we belong to.

We want to take care of each other. We want to know that others care for us. In Japan during the tsunami, this was illustrated when people would come home to find that someone had left food on their doorstep. Little actions towards strangers that show we care for each other’s security and survival.

The stress/anxiety that so many are experiencing is a reflection of a disturbed Earth Element: people are insecure about their survival, about whether they will have a home, whether they will still belong and be accepted, whether they will be deported and many are feeling deeply sympathetic for the thousands who may lose their homes and be deported.

The opportunity for our Earth Essence

On a deeper level, healing of our Earth Element asks us to maintain our center of balance in the face of the unknown. It requires that we focus on how we personally can align our thoughts, words and actions with our heart’s truth – no matter what others choose to do – and how we ourselves can express kindness and caring for each other beyond our differences

 METAL ELEMENT

The disturbed emotion of the METAL ELEMENT is grief.

The stress that so many are experiencing is caused from the grief that the popular vote for the next president didn’t lead to Hillary Clinton being the first woman president.

When expectations are not met, it leads to suffering, grief, depression, and a feeling that nothing has any worth. When values of truth, honesty, upright business practices, respect for women are turned upside down, the culture must do some serious soul-searching.

When Metal loses its balance, money becomes god: money takes priority over every other consideration, whether spiritual or human. To successfully handle this stress we must look at where we make money a priority over honesty, generosity and caring. If corporations are dishonest, we don’t buy their products. Our Metal Element is willing to make some sacrifices to stand by a higher ethical code.

The opportunity for our Metal Essence

Po is the Essence of the Metal Element. And Po empowers us to receive inspiration, to know there is a higher purpose to everything that happens and to be receptive to grace.

The virtue the Metal Element is righteousness – the ethical upright mind, which we cultivate when we see every situation as a gift for our higher spiritual transformation. Each of us is challenged to see how we can apply this ideal in our personal lives – if we want to impact the hologram of the nation and global village.

We need to resonate with letting go of unmet expectations, pain and loss. And we need to resonate with holding on to what has true value within ourselves, to our spiritual values, and putting our values into action in our personal and professional life

 WATER ELEMENT

The disturbed emotion of the WATER ELEMENT is fear, and this is the primary disturbed emotion that most people are experiencing. The country is deeply in debt. We are spending too much money. Most of us are living beyond our means.

The virtue of Water Element is wisdom – to conserve our vital energy and to know when we are wasting our energy in the way we think, feel or act. Wisdom gives us the courage to face the ups and downs of life and to direct our energy towards what is most important: manifesting our life purpose and our spiritual purpose.

The opportunity for our Water Essence
The Essence of Water is Zhi — the will to make conscious choices, right choices. We have the opportunity at this time of national and global insecurity, about so many issues that threaten the survival of so many, to make a positive difference through our wise choices.

Inner Cultivation Online in June…..

We are so happy to be offering Chloe’s Inner Cultivation class online in June. I have taken this class several times and each retake gives me a deeper understanding of the meridians. Chloe has added a new dimension to this training that we all benefit from. She has recorded a home study portion where she demonstrates each point location. Chloe focuses on each meridian individually and takes time demonstrating the point location and a deeper awareness of the element and source points. She also does this during in person classes yet there is no opportunity to review and revisit. In the home study program once you enroll you can revisit as many times as needed to truly integrate the point locations and the deeper understanding.

Please consider joining us for this powerful seminar. We have priced it very attractively especially for retakers! Online training is different from in person YET it has so many attractive components to it. Keep an open mind and get ready for a powerful healing experience. Chloe has so much more time to demonstrate the power of each repatterning since the introduction to each repatterning is captured on the home study video’s which you take in conjunction with the training, prior to each class. Please listen to some feedback below on this Inner Cultivation Online class and then register to be part of the experience in June. See you ONLINE! Ardis

Healer, heal thyself….

This is a wonderful explanation of energy and healing from an interview with Bruce Lipton, a cell biologist from Stanford University, known for his research on cells. His book “The Biology of Belief”is one many of us are familiar with. In Resonance Repatterning we learn that we actually create reality with our thoughts yet we often struggle with our attempts to explain healing and energy. This is an excerpt from an interview he did for Kosmic Consciousness:

Q: How can you explain energy healing?

Bruce Lipton: There’s a concept in quantum physics called “entanglement,” which is when one energy source entangles with another so that they interfere with each other. This interference can be positive and harmonious, as with energy healing, or it can be negative. Long distance healing is possible because energy isn’t limited to a set of spatial distance. It’s freaky but it works!

Physicist Amit Goswami published an article in a physics journal showing that entanglement affects people. He had two people meditate together and then separated them into two chambers where they couldn’t see or hear one another. When one person had a light strobed by his eye, it caused the firing of a certain frequency in the brain. Remarkably, at the same moment, the other person’s brain also fired, even though he never saw the light. This proves what we intuitively knew, that the energies of people can affect one another.

Q: What exactly happens in an energy healing session, then?

Bruce Lipton: What Goswami’s study demonstrated is that when two people become entangled, one person will conform to the energy of the other person. When one of them is a healer whose cells are vibrating at a higher level, the client’s cells become entangled, and their energy is lifted. That’s why that old saying, “physician heal thyself,” is so important, even though most don’t understand it: If the physician’s energy is going to influence or, in scientific terms, “entrain” the patient’s, the doctor’s must be higher.

Q: What causes a person’s energy to be lower in the first place?

Bruce Lipton: This is where environment comes in. And by that I mean of course diet, exercise and stress, but also your sense — or lack — of optimism. Each of our cells is a living entity, and the main thing that influences them is our blood. If I open my eyes in the morning and my beautiful partner is in front of me, my perception causes a release of oxytocin, dopamine, growth hormones — all of which encourage the growth and health of my cells. But if I see a saber tooth tiger, I’m going to release stress hormones — cortisol, histamine, norepinephrine. Those chemicals change the cells to a protection mode. I don’t even have to see these things: If I’m worried or afraid, my blood will fill with the same harmful chemicals. People need to realize that their thoughts are more primary than their genes, because the environment, which is influenced by our thoughts, controls the genes.

Q: So you have to change the environment — including your thoughts — if you want healing to be sustained?

Bruce Lipton: Yes. If your environment keeps draining your energy, it’s like having a leaky bank account, where any money you’re putting into the bank, such as by seeing an energy healer, keeps slipping out. You have to change your environment, including any harmful beliefs, before the energy can stay high.

Q: Does a person’s expectation about a healer play a role in whether they improve?

Bruce Lipton: Absolutely. Your cells don’t see the environment directly; they take as their truth what the brain tells them. That’s why the placebo effect is so powerful for every type of healing. If the brain expects that a treatment will work, it sends healing chemicals into the bloodstream, which facilitates that. And the opposite is equally true and equally powerful: When the brain expects that a therapy will not work, it doesn’t. It’s called the “nocebo” effect.

Thank you Bruce Lipton!
